Welcome to the new website of Małopolskie Stowarzyszenie Probacja

(Probation Association of Małopolska)

We are here for you

and

have been with you since 2002 .

Justice for victims of crime extends beyond just punishment for the perpetrator, it should also encompass rectification for the damages or injuries that have been done.
Counteracting crime goes beyond classroom lecturing, it should involve widely understood work with children whose parents are serving a prison sentence.
Safety is a concept that does not solely rely on legal provisions, sanctions or effective Police force, it means working with the perpetrators and striving to change their attidudes to prevent reoffending, thereby creating a safer community for all of us.

We help the victims obtain the help they really need after a traumatic event.

We help families of persons who went to prison, focusing especially on their children, who suffer an undeserved personal tragedy caused by absence of one or both parents.

We help perpetrators by providing probation services and post-penitentiary guidance so that they refrain from making the same mistakes that put them behind bars and ruined their lives. Sometimes the course of someone`s life is decided by one factor: finding a job, new environment, decision to start treatment or therapy We are here to make it happen.

You can help us. You can support us. You can join us.
